Payment

After placing your order, you can pay with bank transfer (bank link), which is available for several countries or by invoice payment (normal bank transfer). Upon receipt we will place your order.

Bank payment

A convenient and safe way to pay for CBD goods! In the CBD oil e-shop, it is possible to pay with bank links (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop pank, Citadele and more) through Montonio (MONTONIO FINANCE OÜ) in Estonia, Finland, Latvia. The payment is made outside the CBD oil environment in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. We do not have access to the customer's bank and credit card information.

Pay with check

Paying by bank transfer is easy and convenient. We will start fulfilling the order as soon as the order has been paid for.

Please note that it is necessary to enter the order number from receipt in the payment explanation.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are dispatching orders daily (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) and aim to answer all your queries within 24 hours. Order dispatch notifications are provided by Omniva and Itella themselves directly. You can retrieve your parcel by entering a personal door code which will be sent to you either by SMS or e-mail from Omniva or Itella.

UK DELIVERY DISPATCH TIMES

We usually operate a same working day dispatch service on all orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) using either Omniva or Itella. Same working day dispatch is subject to order volume at the time of ordering.

Omniva and Itella DELIVERIES

Goods dispatched via Omniva or Itella are sent via first class delivery service and usually arrive within 1 to 7 working days. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
